Each year, HKSGV organises different workshops together with the Peter F. Drucker Academy for management level staff at corporates and NGOs in Hong Kong. Each workshop engages about 20 senior management colleagues from various fields. Our workshops cover a range of topics relating to creating shared value, corporate culture building, social impact assessment and design thinking.

 

The latest series was held in October and November 2019. It featured two topics: implementing innovation at workplaces and growing an ordinary team into a high-performing group through appreciative inquiry. The two workshops each engaged more than 20 senior management colleagues with hopes to help workshop participants in propagating new cultures and implementing new ideas at workplaces.
