As artificial intelligence and decentralized technologies become widely adopted in Hong Kong classrooms, it is important to ensure their equitable integration benefits all students. In this seminar, our panel of education and technology experts will discuss how AI and blockchain can enhance learning when designed and applied thoughtfully.

Recent pilots have demonstrated the potential of personalized learning and new credentialing systems to make education more accessible, engaging and relevant. However, without safeguards these new tools risk widening existing divides. We will therefore explore strategies for developing AI-driven solutions that are affordable, easy to use and deliver high-quality outcomes for all learners, regardless of background or ability level.

Panelists will share lessons from initiatives focused on inclusion, as well as frameworks for preparing Hong Kong's workforce with universally valuable skills. By considering opportunities, challenges and best practices, we aim to chart a path towards an education system empowered by emerging technologies, while guarding against new forms of inequity.
